Dr. Miroslava Genadieva

OBSTETRICIAN - GYNECOLOGIST

Hello! I am glad to meet you. My name is Miroslava. I was born in Sofia in 1972, my parents are musicians, and probably that is why fate decided that I should enter this world on the first day of October, the International Day of Music. I studied in VI-th Primary School, and then – 31st School (then known as the "Bastille").

I was admitted to study medicine in 1990 and in 1996, when I got a degree as a doctor, I knew for sure that I want to work as an obstetrician. I was fortunate in 1998 to begin work in I-st Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital "St. Sofia ", where my specialisation in obstetrics and gynecology was done, and in 2005 I officially became a specialist in obstetrics and gynecology.

In I-st Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital I worked until the end of 2012, with two interruptions for about a year when my two children, Theodora now 10, and Alexander now 3, were born. In this hospital I acquired the knowledge and skills that I possess and I am deeply grateful to all my colleagues with whom I worked.

Защо се налага непрекъснато да съм "в час" с новостите в професията ни?

Because "everything flows, everything develops"...

Interests, hobbies, leisure:

I love being with my family and travelling to the seaside, which I adore. I like to drive on a Sunday morning around Sofia. I love to ride a bike. I love spring and summer. I like to buy small gifts for my children.

Do not forget that ...

to thank fate for what I am and what I have.

Why choose to work in "Nadezhda":

Because of the unique feeling, when you see the gratitude in the eyes of a mother, who had gone through various difficulties and finally realised her most cherished desire to have a child. And because of the people who made it happen.
