The emergency admission at Nadezhda Women's Health Hospital during the working hours of the hospital is conducted in room №17 on the ground floor of the hospital.
Please after your arrival at the hospital, inform the employees at the Registration desk who will direct you to the admission room and will inform the physicians on duty about your arrival.
Emergency admissions during night shifts or public holidays are conducted at the Emergency room, which is located on level minus 1of the hospital.
The access to the emergency room is from the parking area through the entrance of the hospital.
When you come to the emergency room, dial the emergency phone line and use the phone, installed at the door of the room to inform the medical team on duty.
You can also ask for directions the security officers in the hospital.
Our physicians from the Maternity ward, Gynecology ward and Neonatology ward are available to patients in case of emergency 24 hours a day.

A doctor on duty from our medical centre “Nadezhda Reproductive - Sofia" will provide you with guidance and recommendations how you should proceed further depending on the nature of your case.
The Emergency phone line of our reproductive center applies only to emergency cases of patients who are undergoing procedures associated with assisted reproductive technologies - In vitro (stimulations, punctures and transfers), inseminations and manipulations related to the treatment of some reproductive problems.
The physicians who answer your calls deal exclusively with these issues.
